Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Outside of Germany the forwarding costs add up to 9,95€ per order for all EU countries and 15,00€ for the UK and Switzerland. Shipping to Russia is 20,00€
Normally, delivery time is 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.

Shippment outside Germany is possible to following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Czech Republik, Hungary as well as Cyprus.
Returns
Along with your order you receive either a return voucher or if the order has a delivery adress in Germany, you receive a return tag. If you like to return an article, please, first of all assign a reason for the return of each of your articles on the return voucher. Possible reasons for return are quoted underneath the article report in terms of numbers.
Subsequently pack the relevant article in the original packaging. Don´t forget to complete the return voucher and to put it into the original packaging.
It is essential to use the provided return tag. It needs to be stuck on the packaging. If you use the original packaging, please make sure that the entire bar code label of the original order is covered.
If the order value is under 40,00€ there will be no return tag. Please send back the parcel and keep the receipt as proof. Thank you very much.
